New Track

THE NEW TRACK IS TAKING SHAPE

For those of you who have not driven past the Park Road Sports ground at Marist Rugby Club, i suggest you do soon as the landscape is changing by the day.

With the help of many generous local businesses, and a fortuitously timed "Building Boom" in Te Awamutu, we now have an 80% completed track. The next stages include retaining and concreting of the start ramp, followed later with a roof.  Landscaping and planting has also started.

The track is ridable now so feel free to go down and try it out.

Fundraising and funding applications are ongoing so that we can keep the momentum going.

Thankyou to the following who have helped with work to date:
  • David Peehikura
  • Ian Bias
  • Kelvin Cutforth
